my story
One day I was craving Chocolate Chip Cookies, but we didn’t have any. We did however, have all the ingredients to make them, so I made a batch. To my surprise, I was told it was the best cookie they’ve ever eaten. This encouraged me to continue refining my CC cookie into the cookie it is today. One that slaps! Hard!

A little about me, Lucas Nasti. I’m 15 years old and attend highschool in St. Charles, IL. I play soccer and wrestle for the St. Charles East Saints, and occasionally practice jiu jitsu and even do some thai boxing. While, I plan on being a big game vet (big cats in particular) when I am older, baking is a fun hobby I seem to excel at for now. I am entrepreneurial at heart, so I decided to capitalize on my skills in the kitchen. I also do a bit of pet sitting locally, so if you need a guy… 🙂
How I Do It?
I do it the way that I did it in the beginning. From scratch, per order, mixed by hand, checking the oven every few minutes to ensure that they are baked to perfection. Very few things in this industry get this level of care and attention!
